Building
Like I said in the start, I haven't documented the actual building process as well as in my previous projects. That because I wasn't doing this build at home but at my parent's house. Didn't have the cameras available all the times etc. I'm sorry for this but if you have any questions about the build later on, please, post the questions to our forums and I'll try to answer anything that I left unclear. Thanks.

All the panels are made out of plywood. Thickness varies from 6 mm all the way up to 12 mm. Most of the surfaces are joined with glue and torx screws. I believe this was bit of an overkill in the end but this way the box should cope with all the transportation that it might get during its lifetime.
Back door

Originally I was planning on using a square piece of plywood as a door. But when I decided to add full height graphics cards to the mix, I had to make the top part of the back wall open up as well. I was lucky to get these brass hinges from my father to be used in this build.

Cutting the supports for the top part of the back wall...

Again, glue and screws to make everything rock solid.

And it works. I wanted to make it so that the back wall is not flush with the sides, just to make it more interesting to look at.

And one "work-in-progress" photo more. Here I'm sanding the top part of the back wall to an angle so meets the ceiling head on and without leaving any gaps behind.
