Final assembly at the Assembly

And then came the Assembly event. This is the state that the cabinet was in when I brought it there. I really had to rush to make all the necessary cuts and drillings ready that needed special power tools that I would not be able to use in the Assembly arena.

These is a 80 mm fan at the bottom of the case bringing cold air in. It is not the PSU air intake as the PSU is actually mounted sideways to the floot panel. This so I can route the power cable in to the case and then split it to the TFT panel and the power supply. The red button is the motherboard power button.

Me and Jouni sitting at the Dremel/Metku booth at the Assembly. It was quite interesting to bring a project with me to the event as normally we only demonstrate finished projects. People were asking constantly when they get the chance to test out the cabinet and I was lucky enough to get couple of bids for the case too.

Getting the software side ready. The cabinet is running Windows XP and on top of that there is a Maximus Arcade posing as a front end to the emulators.
