The rings were cut from 5 mm plexy, and as the long nuts between the aluminium plates were conviniently 15 mm thick, I only needed to cut strips from 5 mm plexy and make a sandwich. I purposefully left out the paint from the insides of the stand to make the light reflect better. If you look closely, you might see where the leds are going to be placed.

"Tilt control"
The bolt is attached to the backplate and the wing nut controls how far the displaycomputer is tilted. I planned to use a motor for the tilt, but the motor I had, had way too slow gearing and it sounded weak. The wing nut does its job, and I don´t have to adjust the tilt so often anyway.
