I decided to leave the psu outside the case. This has it advantages and disadvantages. From the LAN gamer´s perspective though, having an external psu doesn´t matter at all, since you have to carry a backpack for cables and keyboards and such anyway and the psu can be thrown in with the rest of the stuff. Besides, integrating the psu within the case would have made it much bulkier, thus ruining the whole pc-inside-a-display idea. There is another pro with the external psu. Outside, the psu takes in only room temperature air instead of hot air from the case. This way the rpm of the fan stays at its lowest all the time. No high rpm, no noise.
