Cyborg R.A.T.7

Also the top of the current range R.A.T.7 comes with similar bundle in terms of paper and driver CD, but this time there's also a stylish metal box for holding all the extra pieces and weights.
Closer look

From the extra bits and pieces box we find two extra palm rests and two additional rests for the pinky. The weight system is identical with the R.A.T.5 and the cylinder on the right holds the weights when they aren't in use.

From above it's very much obvious the R.A.T.7 belongs in the same product family with the other two. This time there are the exact same buttons and wheels as in the model 5, but the thumb rest is all different. The whole thumb-assembly can be moved back and forth along a threaded rod and also tilted left and right by loosening the hex head screw seen under the thumb scroll.

Again the sensor is in the middle of the mouse and there are six glide pads. Here the adjustments for the thumb part are more easily visible, it slides back and forth along the screw and pivots around the hexagonal piece of metal.

From the side both the 5 and the 7 look almost identical, with ofcourse the difference that on the 7 one can see the adjustment screw at the back.
