In use

In use it's a very comfortable shape and the extra keys are easily accessible, but not in the way. The upper side buttons come further out form the side, which means finding them is very easy. Also the index finger buttons are shaped so recognizing one from another is easy. The only problems with the shape are that there could be a bit more space for the thumb and in longer gaming sessions the side grips get a bit slippery. In normal gaming/surfing use we got about four days of battery life out of the G700, so you better keep that charging cable at hand.

Conclusion PROS  Plenty of keys for everyone Smooth wheel with two modes Nice shape, but... CONS  ...a bit too tight space for a thumb Thick charging cable Gold Award! Wireless, rechargeable gaming mice like the G700 never come cheap, and for the price premium we also expected premium quality. And we got it. The mouse is very well put together and all the buttons are nicely shaped and have a good touch to them. The tracking is also flawless, and the driver software easy to use. There's really not much to improve on the mouse, but the few small things I came up with are the thick charging cable and the shape of the left side that just doesn't feel quite as comfortable as it could.
