The summer continues, so the temperature tests were ran with ambient temperature hitting 28 C. Considering
the high ambient, the results are good across the board, but don't really change noticeably with the fan
controller. One thing that made the fan controller have a parcticularly weak effect on the CPU-temperature is
the fact that it doesn't control the rear exhaust fan, which is the most important fan for the CPU-cooler.
In use the case is surprisingly quiet. With the fan controller set to low it's just the low the large, slow
turning fans only make a very pleasant hum. With the fans at high the hum gets a lot louder and the sound of
air rushing through the mesh makes the overall tone more annoying. It's weird how big the difference is in
noise, when the temperatures only changed by so little.

The Level 10 GT definitely isn't what you'd call an average case, but it's a case nonetheless and needs to
meet our usual criteria. This includes dust filters, easy assembly and enough room for graphic card(s) and
large CPU-coolers, and while the front panel filter could be easier to remove, the case checks all these boxes.
On top of this it also packs rather clever side panel opening mechanism, very easy to swap hard drives and a
built-in fan controller and switch for turning off the lights.
Anyway it also comes with some problems, a lot of which are fan-related. First of all the fan controller
only has three connectors, so even the fourth standard fan doesn't get controlled by the said built-in
controller. The brightness of the leds also changes according to the speed setting, which doesn't really give a
quality impression of the system, and finally the side panel fan is always lit in blue, regardless of the color
setting from the button on the roof. Another problems are that while the hard drive temperature in our test
remained acceptable, the hard drive cage IS very restrictive and the 200 mm front intake can't push a lot of
air through it. And finally once again there could be more space for cable routing between the side panel and
the motherboard tray.
Bottom line being, if you like the looks of this case, just go for it. There are a couple of problems with
it, but none of them are real deal breakers.
