I started making the front wall of the box after buying 24 kg of MDF. Once again my trusty cheapo router get's the job done. It has lasted surprisingly long and given me hand with the Logiwood and two ghettoblasters already. Front wall of the sub is made of two MDF layers because I made embedding for the driver. Box has also internal braces to make it as dead as possible. Finished box is rounded from the edges with router.
